CSRN Engagement
CSRN has been able to work with African Refugee Council to support their fundraising and partnerships effort as they aimed to diversify their fundraising efforts to invest into their humanitarian projects and develop the capacity of their medical teams to address the escalating needs of displaced communities.
The work was delivered by the 180DC York team as part of The Refugee Initiative. Hear from Remy Wasingya, Founder and CEO below on the project:
“Working with CSRN and 180DC York has helped us in several ways. Our organization has undergone positive evolution since we began working with CSRN. Thanks to the consultancy activities of CSRN and 180DC York, we have improved our media system for our activities, including the creation of a Facebook page which today has more than 2 thousand subscribers.
Consultancy actions help us in several activities, especially at the organizational and financial level, especially in raising the necessary funds that can allow us to launch the project which will soon be relaunched. Currently our organization is growing day by day.
I thank you (CSRN) for all that you are doing to connect our organization to other organizations and supporters, thanks for all efforts that you are doing so the project may get supporters. I’m so proud to work with you”.
We are currently working with African Refugee Council on a second project to secure funding for a large medical equipment shipment and set up distribution channels.
