Variety, the Children's Charity supports disabled and disadvantaged children in the UK from birth through to 18 years of age. Every year Variety gives away over £4 million of specialist equipment and is known for initiatives such as Sunshine Coaches and Great Days Out.
Working closely with the Chairman of the South West region on a wide range of deliverables. Designed a 'Smiling Through Isolation' pack for parents as well professional presentations.
Helping build long-term sustainable strategies for new income streams while also helping with the planning of events and general ideas.
Helping refine the operating model and objectives for the charity within the SW region, using supporter journey analysis to build a new volunteer program.
Helping restructure their Great Days Out program nationally to be implemented by a new employee post COVID-19.
2 million children to date have been through the program.
