"A win-win situation" Tata Consultancy Services

"The partnership opens up a world of expert insights and access to training resources and information, which otherwise would be inaccessible to young people with limited business experience.

While support from corporate volunteers is invaluable to the network, the partnership is also beneficial to companies looking for new talent. Ties between CSRN and sponsor organizations like TCS open up recruitment opportunities for student consultants looking to develop their careers."

Our valued mentors act as 'Senior Advisors' on projects, working with students to overcome technical obstacles while ensuring they are on track to realising as much value as possible.

All mentors are volunteers, their views do not necessarily represent the views or

services of the companies they have relations with.

BECOME A SENIOR ADVISOR

What does it entail?

Senior Advisors oversee the delivery of a given project and work with team leaders to understand their client's objectives and strategic direction.

Senior Advisors typically meet with teams every second week for half an hour - meaning total time commitment for a 6-week project could be as little as 2 hours.

Why should I do it?

Make a genuine difference.

Senior Advisors have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to our impact on an exciting charity or social enterprise. Senior Advisors are invited onto calls with the management of charities so that they can get a first-hand understanding of the problem statement and the clients objectives.

Practice project management skills.

Get experience running a project from the perspective of a very senior consultant and advise students on how to approach the problem as well as the intended deliverables.
