CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their boobs isn’t only fun, it could save their life.
They were the first breast cancer charity in the UK to solely create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling the knowledge and tools they need to get to know their bodies.
Using market research and user journey mapping techniques to build segmented outreach strategies, based on personas, which are inclusive of key demographics.
Using natural language processing and unsupervised machine learning to visualise insights in existing data sets and survey results.
"We worked with students from CSRN on two objectives to help us review and strengthen elements of our education and awareness strategy, as well as our commitment to inclusivity in a post COVID world. The amount of work they were able to produce in the 6 week period was very impressive and a testament to their hard work and dedication to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Working with students on this project was especially beneficial for us, as it allowed us to discuss ideas with our target audience in every meeting. A big thank you to the group who provided a range of recommendations, some of which we have been able to implement straight away."
